Well, I propose that these articles are missing the point, these companies may have some failed ventures into the metaverse and certainly some of the expected results have not been met. But this is not due to the medium or the shortcomings of virtual worlds. It truly reflects the misinterpretations of the companies and the ‘build it and they will come attitude.
