The experiments are continuing and our community is growing rapidly. Many things have happened and many new peeps have become involved. Quantum Tribe Laboratories’ experimentation with music, community and reality have proved to be very effective in generating interest and meaningful data. Positive Quantum Energy™ has become our primary focus within the metaverse and our goal of bringing people together has been realized. Our Open Source, Radically Transparent philosophy has proven to be a very effective way to get people involved both for business and pleasure. Our diversity has grown as well with new members from all over the world.

I am amazed at our wonderful family that has grown from a concept a few years back to a thriving virtual location that many of us find to be a very integral part of our social lives. The level of support both technical and emotional is truly an accomplishment in and of itself. We have created a very special place representing good feelings that we share with each other as well as a place to grow our technical skills within the virtual world.

Many of the relationships we have fostered have become very intense, creating a closeness and intimacy that is far beyond any online relationships experienced before. We have created a great and positive place to be as well as a wonderful group of people who enjoy working together greatly. That does not mean we are without our dramas or our issues that arise, but we are beginning to learn more about our diversity and how to work together using Mind Control™ to ensure we do not create a negative environment. Balance is the key as we do not want to create a dictatorial kingdom or sterile sim. Of course they do say that if you try to please everybody, no one will like you, hehe and there is truth to this. We are what we are and enjoy living in the metaverse sharing our own brand of Positive Quantum Energy with everyone we meet. It is wonderful and I am glad to be a part of it.

Our experience within the virtual realm has grown far beyond the original expectations and our research has revealed both numerous insights as well as well as infinite questions. While the membership of Quantum Tribe laboratories within Second Life has remained steady at around 950 - 1000 members, we have increased in quality. Our Quantum Fields sim has been remodeled and has been quite an active place since. The entire sim was planned and created by members of Quantum Tribe Laboratories supported by QTLabs Inc. AVIE Services and was designed to take advantage of the new Windlight viewer. The inclusion of lots of water space allows for wonderful panoramic views of the sunrise and sunsets as well as underwater exploration of several very interesting areas. Every day and night you will find the most friendly people in SL and the best music from around the world. I have not even mentioned the shops, mall, apartments and our sponsor the Saturn Grill.

Our most significant find to date is the importance of community within the 3D virtual world and how real people are involved and need to be meaningfully engaged. Many companies and individuals have come and gone, tried several different business models and products. We have continued in what we believe in all along and that is providing a great, safe, interesting place for people to live, shop and be entertained. For over a year Quantum Fields has been an exciting venue for live musicians, dj’s, artists and designers as well as helpful people who are willing to assist others however they can.

We have assisted numerous individuals begin successful careers within the metaverse and many of our members have been instrumental in other virtual world success stories such as our own Bella Dutton and the SL band Space Junky. Recent negotiations between QTLabs Inc. and Arts Origin have validated our philosophy and will offer a great platform to our show the world our skills. Our success has been watching this wonderful world develop around us and know that we are helping to make it a positive place to be. One sign of this accomplishment is the return of people who visited us in the beginning of their second lives and look around in amazement that the community they helped start has grown as it has. We have grown into a family which is made up of real people from around the physical world, of all walks of life and incredibly varied backgrounds. Unfortunately, we have also seen a few go on to another place forever but are left with the comfort of knowing that their last experiences here were positive indeed.

Truthfully, our endeavors here in the virtual world began in the name of commerce, technology and marketing; it has become quite evident that friendship, companionship, love and support are very important aspects. Our term for this is Positive Quantum Energy(tm) and has been found to be an important part of creating an immersive experience in the metaverse. We must not overlook the feelings, emotions and accomplishments of people, but embrace them and harness the creative energies that flow. Actually this should not be all that amazing since it is really the foundation that makes great communities and creates great accomplishments. We have succeeded in what we set out to learn and are now applying that knowledge in unforseen ways. I am proud to be a part of a wonderful group of people who consider me their family and look forward to a prosperous future for us all both in the metaverse and the universe.

Hiya peeps, and thank you all for your patience. It has been a while since I have posted and some of you have been wondering what we have been doing. Quantum Tribe Laboratories is growing larger than ever and we are becoming stronger. Even as the stresses of real life increase, we have made our Second Life home at Quantum Fields a place that many of you call home. Our ability to bring out the positive thoughts and create enjoyment for all has had a profound effect on many of us. To be honest, the emotional draw and psychological fulfillment is way beyond my wildest suspicion and I believe many of you feel the same.

As we have grown, we have also lost a few of our members as well. A few have left us for various reasons from us not taking action quick enough on certain topics to outright bulling of other members. We have also had ones leave for reasons beyond their control. While we regret the loss of any quality talent and value each for the variety they bring to the group, we also must grow as a group unit and strive to cooperate. Arguing, fighting and being unfriendly is counter productive and does not foster positive thinking. So, you may have noticed that I have stayed away from these issues and let them work themselves out. Some have expressed disappointment with my apparent lack of leadership and action. I assure you that the best solution to this problem was not for me to confront everyone in a dictator like fashion as this would only have drawn me into the drama as well bog me down with request to remove members and take sides. I believe we made the right decision and let the community grow on its own dynamics and morph into its own.

While I don’t like all the activities and resolutions that have taken place, I do believe that we have become a very cohesive group and can now stand together. We know who we can trust, who we can work with and who we must be wary of. We have grown as a tribe, come together in a virtual world and created a business entity that exists in both the real universe and the metaverse. I have provided the infrastructure for us to launch, many of you have provided your time and talents and even more of you have shown commitment and moral support. We have taken the time to grow something lovely, incredibly diverse and truly unique within the metaverse. The research and development work of Quantum Tribe Laboratories is well respected in many circles and our collective and individual advice has helped many avatars and companies succeed in this new realm. I am proud to be a part of Quantum Tribe Laboratories and amazed that you have joined me. Lets make the virtual world a better place for everybody and create Positive Quantum Energy for all to experience both in the metaverse and out.

Well, I propose that these articles are missing the point, these companies may have some failed ventures into the metaverse and certainly some of the expected results have not been met. But this is not due to the medium or the shortcomings of virtual worlds. It truly reflects the misinterpretations of the companies and the ‘build it and they will come attitude. We at QTLabs Inc. have seen many truthfully fantastic and wonderful builds in Second Life that were little used from the beginning. Many beautiful places that were lost to the general public within SL because of the perception of branding and how a company should sell itself in SL and the metaverse.
